Join us for our annual FRESH Hatch Chile Pepper Roast in the parking lot September 5th-7th from 10:00am-3:00pm.  We have a variety of recipes on hand to inspire you to create delicious dishes with your freshly roasted peppers.  Come in the store on Thursday  the 6th for delicious samples of dishes prepared with Hatch Chile Peppers.  Friday the 7th Walla Walla Cheese Company will be in the store sampling their Walla Walla White cheese pared nicely with freshly roasted Hatch Chile Peppers.  If you can’t make it to the store by 3:00pm during our roasting event, no problem!  Just ask the produce department for some roasted peppers and they will have some pre-roasted and bagged waiting for you.
